Banana & Oat Protein Mug Cake 

So I was trying out some more protein ball recipes and then one kind of went wrong 🙈 buttttt then I chucked the ingredients in a bowl, wracked it in the microwave for 40 seconds and came out with this little beauty 😍 so here’s a recipe for a taaaasty little mug cake that is quick and so simple to make but a little bit more than a standard beltsander brownie 👊🏽

Ingredients (Note – this makes 2 big mug cakes so you can halve to make 1!)

  • 1 Egg
  • 40g Egg White
  • 20g Protein
  • 120ml Almond Milk
  • 25g Oats
  • 100g Banana
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

Method

  • Its so simple – just blend this up, chuck in the microwave for 40 secs and voila 💃🏽
  • Add toppings 😍 I added Nutella, fat free yogurt and berries 👌🏽
