One for the ladies 🙋🏽
Now that the competition is over, I am putting all these carbs to good use and looking to grow my shape, and my glutes in particular is the muscle group that I want to really grow. So on leg days, either in-between sets or at the end of my workouts I do a few exercises like this to target the muscle group – on a heavy weight with 6-8 reps you can really feel the burn!
Not sure what you’d call it (basically a kick-back/extension but standing up straight). The videos are pretty self-explanatory, but…
- Use the assisted pull-up machine
- Place one foot on the padded knee/seat thing, the other foot on the step to the side
- Holding onto the bars above, squeezing your glutes, push down on the padded seat until your leg is fully extended and repeat for your chosen reps!
