Pancake Party!

Some of you guys were after my naughty little pancake recipe which is SUPER macro friendly as there is legit like nothing in it lols. , the recipe comes under 350 calories INCLUDING toppings (without toppings they’re under 150 calories…) so you can adjust it to fit any macros!

All you have to do is mix the below ingredients with a fork, then spoon it into a hot pan to your desired pancake size and fry on a hot heat! I would suggest small, round American pancakes with this mixture over larger ‘crepe’ like pancakes. 

No it’s not going to be the biggest stack ever. I started using this recipe after experimenting on prep first time round – macro hoarding and low calorie diets will have you trying anything LOL. To my luck, it turned out delicious, and once you’ve added all your toppings to your macro’s desire – it’s definitely enough! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 10g of jumbo oats (I use Mornflake)
  • 20g whey protein (I used Icon Nutrition Cookies ‘n’ Cream whey
  • 75g egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • (I would add a teeny bit of water to loosen up the mixture a bit too)

Macros (without toppings)

  • Calories – 142 (!!!)
  • Fats – 2g
  • Carbs – 7g
  • Protein – 24g

Toppings I used

  • Fage Greek Yogurt
  • M&S Mini Roll
  • Walden’ Farm Calorie Free Caramel Sauce
  • Berries
  • Nutella 

Can’t remember the macros for this with toppings- I know it was about 350 calories though! 🥞
