Upper Body HIIT!

I fancied doing something a little different Wednesday night so instead of doing my normal shoulders session, I decided to throw a few exercises together into a little circuit. I didn’t have much time so this is perfect if you want to get a quick upper body session in! 4 exercises, 3 rounds. My arms felt like I had doms after the first round πŸ˜‚ It’s also high intensity so will help with tha fat burnnnn πŸ”₯


  • 500m Row
  • 30 seconds battle ropes
  • 30 seconds dumbell punches (using two Dumbbells, alternatively punch the air)
  • Side plank into lat raise (10 reps each arm)

Thats it! 3 rounds had me good! I then finished with 30 mins LISS cardio. I WILL have some sort of abs back even if it’s one giant ab πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ˜‚
